I'm actually in northern Michigan right now. Barely getting an internet signal, looking across a lake at... Canada!

Oh well, it's not Long Island, but still kind of nice. Michigan is growing on me...

interesting post. I am about to return to camp this week for 9th week. I was a 5th week camper for years growing up also. I agree entirely with your comments. Favorite place/trip/vacation in the world and wouldn't trade it for anything. #1 happy place in the world. Inlaws were considering going and weren't until they asked me about it and my waxing eloquent convinced them to give it a shot ;)

more specifically I actually have a question for you. When do the Michigania Olympics take place? As in what day? I didn't see it on any of the pre-camp letters or schedules or handbooks? Thanks.
