Behold, The Crapper. Sixth Edition.
Grissom + Catch Up Lady = LOVE - I love William Petersen, the actor who plays Gill Grissom on CSI: Las Vegas. I know nothing of this man in real life (and let's be real, I'm not going to like STALK him on the INTERNET!), but I'm pretty sure he'd be in to me. I mean, his wife might look like some kind of super model, but whatever, I'm hot too. William, call me. (Seriously.) And no, I did not MAKE that photo collage myself. It's courtesy of William Petersen World. (Seriously.)
Snoring + Catch Up Lady = HATE - I detest snoring. Yet somehow, every time I get on a plane I sit next to some asshat who sounds like a fog horn. Today on the Delta Shuttle from LGA to DCA I even got to pick MY OWN seat and ended up next to someone snoring!! Usually when men next to me are snoring I pinch their noses shut or jab their ribs and then pretend to be asleep - unfortunately this is conduct unbecoming of a travelling business person. So I may or may not have turned on my iPod below 10,000 feet. Shhhhhh.
Link Haze - A few of my good friends have started blogs in the last six months, so I wanted to draw your attention to some of them. (If I've forgotten anyone, I trust you'll let me know.) First we have So Good, my friend Jon's food blog. Jon is also a stand up comedian, so this is a great stop for an "absurd" take on all aspects of food. The Baggage Claim is authored by Minjae and focues on a a topic near and dear to my heart - handbags. Designer handbags. Lots of them. They are soooo beauuut-iful. Andre, a former colleague of mine started Antibio.tech, a blog that looks at the "intersection of health and technology," two passions of his. Finally, one of my bestfriends from Wellesley, Jen, has a blog called Modern Beet. Jen is a great cook, farmer and all around foodie. Modern Beet is a look at "thoughtful eating" - and features great recipes and food experiences. Check them all out or tragedy will befall you! (Seriously.)
