I found a great new blog through Life Moves Pretty Fast (yes I'm totally humping that blog these days...) called passive aggresive notes. The blog accepts submissions from the public at large and highlights the most passive aggressive (or in some cases aggressive) notes left for roommates, co-workers, neighbors, strangers, etc. by individuals who are annoyed with them.
The one at above was left for a roommate who drank all of the apartment's milk overnight - leaving several of the flatmates without breakfast in the morning. I can only infer that the offending party was the one that defaced the note with O RLY?-ies.
There is some seriously funny stuff on this site.
